Dishonest and a cheat. Dylan advertises that he fixes your machine at your house. When I asked him to look at mine he then said he needs to take it to his workshop and bring it back the next morning as it is going to take too much time. Two days later I eventually had to go and fetch my machine. He had taken it to another repair guy as he doesn't actually know how to fix coffee machines! And he way over charged me! At the other guys premises, he quickly showed that it was running, but I couldn't test because the portafiller was not with my machine any more. I then had to follow him some distance to another house to find my missing part, so couldn't test the machine again. At home I found that my machine which had low pressure, now does not heat up at all and the pressure is still low! Three days of trying to get them out to fix my machine, or even refund me and Dylan keeps giving me the run around and now ignoring me! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDSTER.
