Don't use Topnotch Appliance repairs
They came here said they fixed my fridge I paid them and the door fell off just after they left. I called them they said they will get a part. Made arrangements for them to come at 2pm. It's now 7.45pm. Still haven't arrived. They were rude to me and no feedback . Unprofessional service and they have my money .

Don't use Topnotch Appliance repairs
They came here said they fixed my fridge I paid them and the door fell off just after they left. I called them they said they will get a part. Made arrangements for them to come at 2pm. It's now 7.45pm. Still haven't arrived. They were rude to me and no feedback . Unprofessional service and they have my money .

Crooks
They overcharged avoided us asking for a price of repairs and completed repairs with out quotation, charged me for replacement parts they never replĺaced. Then tgey threatened my wife and five year old daughter with ****. 0

Unreliable appliance repair company
Steer clear of this company, my experience included the following: -They try to severely overcharge (R1250 to refill 80g of refrigerant) -Use of incorrect refrigerant to charge fridge -Technicians arrived for the job under the influence of alcohol -Poor workmanship, fridge wasn't even put back together properly -Unwilling to return for fix their mess

Dishonest and a cheat.
Dishonest and a cheat. Dylan advertises that he fixes your machine at your house. When I asked him to look at mine he then said he needs to take it to his workshop and bring it back the next morning as it is going to take too much time. Two days later I eventually had to go and fetch my machine. He had taken it to another repair guy as he doesn't actually know how to fix coffee machines! And he way over charged me! At the other guys premises, he quickly showed that it was running, but I couldn't test because the portafiller was not with my machine any more. I then had to follow him some distance to another house to find my missing part, so couldn't test the machine again. At home I found that my machine which had low pressure, now does not heat up at all and the pressure is still low! Three days of trying to get them out to fix my machine, or even refund me and Dylan keeps giving me the run around and now ignoring me! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDSTER.

Poor service
The manager of Tipnotch appliances took my washing machine, top loader to be repaired. He said the gearbox needed to be replaced and that was going to cost R2 300. He eventually alleged that it was fixed and needed to be dropped back. Upon arrival, there was no water to test the machine and he insisted that he needed his money and he will come back should there be any complaints as the repair carries 6 months warranty. Now the machine is still not working and he doesn't even make efforts of coming to check what could the problem be. He doesn't even bother to pick up my calls.
