Steer clear of this company, my experience included the following: -They try to severely overcharge (R1250 to refill 80g of refrigerant) -Use of incorrect refrigerant to charge fridge -Technicians arrived for the job under the influence of alcohol -Poor workmanship, fridge wasn't even put back together properly -Unwilling to return for fix their mess
<p>I queried why I am not receiving my Healthy Gear cashbacks. At first I was told that a different card was linked to my profile, but at the end of the billing cycle the purchases made on my card will be recalculated and paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately this was an empty promise. When I queried the cash back payment again I was told that it will not be paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I send an email (# ********** 403#) requesting clarification on 22 May 2017, but have not received a response from Discovery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not satisfied with the response received regarding my Healthy Gear benefit.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date Discovery have not confirmed why the incorrect card was linked to my profile. Who is to blame for this?</p> <p> </p> <p>The Discovery Vitality Cash Back benefits are heavily reliant on cards/accounts being linked correctly. I have no means to verify this information.<br /> </p> <p>Your response means that any benefit will be forfeited, if Discovery captured the incorrect information. Now this is a nice way for Discovery to save some money by not paying benefits to its clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>I still expect my Healthy Gear cash back to be paid as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>I again requested feedback 31/05/2017 and 05/06/2017, to no avail.</p>
<p>I phoned twice to find out how am I supposed to use my card without a PIN, without success. I requested that a manager phone me back, but no response. If I knew this is the frustration and anger you will cause with an upgrade, I would have never agreed to it.</p> <p> </p> <p>My new cards were activated without me activating the cards and 48 hours have not passed. My old cards do not work anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I use my Discovery card to purchase groceries and baby stuff, which I am now unable to do! You are messing me around!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely angry and frustrated at the movement.</p> <p> </p> <p>After sending two more email's requesting feedback I have still not been contacted!</p>
