They came here said they fixed my fridge I paid them and the door fell off just after they left. I called them they said they will get a part. Made arrangements for them to come at 2pm. It's now 7.45pm. Still haven't arrived. They were rude to me and no feedback . Unprofessional service and they have my money .

Netcare Alberton Hospital Casualties is disgusting. Staff are rude and don't care. It's not a private hospital it's a government hospital. Why have a fancy hospital but your staff are rude . Disgusting. I was literally told by a staff member if you don't like it go complain. Which I did, only to find that at 4pm the management had already left for the day. Something better be done. You took away two hospitals to make one big fancy one.
The best staff to speak to. Well done to whoever trains your star. Many companies could learn from you. Thank you for always making every call so awesome and easy.
The worst service in the world. Everyone that answers the phone gives you a different story then they put you on hold and then they put the phone down, after you have spent your airtime holding. They don't even phone you back. I have a claim in and this has been going on for over a month, no one can help and then they get rude. They dont pay for ulcer medication on chronic unless you go for a scope but if you ask if you covered for a scope they say they dont know. I even googled the CEO and sent a message on Linkedin because you cant speak to a supervisor they put the phone down. Terrible service, they used to be good now they just take your money and you must prayer that you dont get sick.
