Be very very VERY careful working with Daisy & Assetfin Financial Solutions !!! It has been an absolute horror from day 1. They supp**** my company with refurbished printers which were meant to be demos, CCTV cameras which 6 of them didnt work for months. We had to pay for many call out fees of which the issues were not rectified. Their manager and sales agent came to see us (twice), promised to have the issues rectified, which they were not. After a year of back and forth I then cancelled the contract of which they then wanted a cancellation fee!!! They owe me thousands more than that cancellation fee !! What a disgrace of a company as they take no responsibility for their bad products or services!!

I ordered my workout set on the 28th of November 2020. I then got a message on 2 Dec saying my order will be delivered in 3-14 working days. Then on the 10th of Dec I contacted them as I still had not heard anything as I was worried they would deliver to my work address without me being there. Tempted then said they would contact me when they dispatch the order which I was unhappy about and asked for a refund. They then said if I look under Refund Policy I will see that there might be delays. When actually it says, orders can take up to 21 working days and you will be notified with a date when your should recieve your order. After calling them out, they then notified me that the goods are in Customs and this is all due to the Pademic. Well little do they know, I am also in the the importing game and I know that the delays were sorted ages ago, there were only delays during the hard lockdown. HOW DO YOU SELL PRODUCT NOT YET IN SA WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THERE IS STOCK??? Its now taken well over 21 WORKING DAYS and I'm yet to hear feedback. All I want is a refund and never to deal with service like this again.
