Angry and frustrated
Theft and lack of accountability from their staff, truly disappointed. My husband purchased a gift from store, after multiple reports to the store about a missing item, they all claim to be unaware of this incident and will investigate. The SA that made the sale has since resigned, the store manager promised to contact me, and she hasn’t. Customer care is the most useless cause all they do is send emails confirming that the people at the store will call, which they don’t

Worst service Iconic_hair_collection
After my first review, my hair order was updated to "shipped" however i have not been provided a shipping number to track my order. They continue to ignore mt queries and the phone number provided goes to voice mail

Worst service
I ordered hair and accessories from these incompetent people. It took them 3 weeks to acknowledge that they received payment and my order, i also paid for 3 day delivery, of which that never happened. Everyday i query about my order and never get a reply. The one time they replied they said they might have missed my order and will be only shipped 3 days after. 6 weeks later, still nothing, they don't answer my calls, emails and whatsapp
