They clamped my car but when it came to unclamping the car they suddenly didn’t know their own processes of doing so. The security team went in circles trying to figure out who had the authority to unclamp the vehicle. The heads of security do not answer their phones and do not respond to emails. The manager seemed to think it’s okay to wait for 5 hours even though i had already agreed to pay the fine. After receiving authorisation to remove the clamp it still took 3 hours for security to remove the clamp.
