For more than a year it's been an ongoing struggle with getting assistance to actually receive the service I pay for monthly, one operator after the other and nobody could assist tobhave this resolved. Today finally received wonderful service from employee Chesney Fourie and the problem seems to be sorted. Give that man a Bells. Thank you Chesney, for your wonderful and friendly service.
Not receivibg the service I pay for on a monthly contract. Service are lately more disrupted than functional, without any form of communication from their end. This month alone, already had a buy an additional 20G data, so my child can do schoolwork. Not why I pay a monthly fee to a service provider. When calling the call center, you simply don't get proper feedback or ETR's.
