My parcel was supposed to be here on the 27th of October. It's now the 11th of November and I haven't even received my customs clearance fee. I know it's been with Aramax since the 17th of October. I have called multiple times and they say that they're escalating the issue but nothing seems to come from it. I'm at a loss for what to do. I need the parcel before I leave in two weeks and they're not being helpful at all.
After months of trying to cancel my membership. On the 23rd of July they confirmed telephonically that it was finally cancelled. I was supposed to be refunded at least 2 months of fees but they never followed up and when I called in they said that they were working on it. Today, they debited me again on an account that I was in the process of closing. Now I'm being charged an extra R115 because the debit order bounced. That's going to be on my credit record! This is unacceptable.
5 star quality accommodation! An absolutely beautiful, family friendly cat hotel. It's well run by people who will take the best care of your pet. The enclosures are exceptionally clean and luxurious. The cats are always very comfortable, content and well loved. I would highly recommend sending your cat for a stay at Hotel Meow!
