Bad service

Poor poor service.. i purchased two tools but lost my the slip. Before going in store i called i spoke to a lady who told me to come in store they will see what they can do.. i wentt in store spoke to a coloured lady she was so nice to me she could assist as she was working behind the cash desk. She advised that another lady will assist. Spoke to the second lady she did not even look at the tools they arw still in the original packaging.. she told me they cant help the store has a 7 day return policy which is not even printed on the slip.. she was not willing to give me any other information with regards to my other tools i was purchasing
