This contractor is a *****, too much to say but too little action from him. He has no experience of what so ever. He hires cheap labour and he doesn't even monitor his so-called team. What he knows is to request for payment and then run away with your money. He has zero respect for deadlines and finishing the job. do not do business with this guy, his building foundations are cracking , he has no experts in his business and he doesn't keep his promises. Gomolemo Rakgoale, I am coming for my money and you will pay me with all the revenue that you made loose for the past 9 months. When I am done with you, I will make sure that you never trade your whole life, everyone in South Africa will know about you . I have tried to be nice to you but now, I am going to treat you exactly how you treated me . you think you can run away with my money and I will just forget about it?
Payment has been made for our order of R65k and no delivery is done. now they are not picking up our calls or returning our e-mails . *****sters
I am not happy with First National Bank Klerksdop CBD branch. The documents for the late estate to release funds was done over a month or 2 ago, 2 weeks ago they said that the funds are processed even now we are still waiting for the funds to reflect in the late estate account. First they tell us that they don't transfer funds to the late estate account if the account is with another bank, and we were forced to open a late estate account with them while we have one opened with another bank. When I called the call centre on the 4th May the consultant confirmed that there is no way that we will receive the funds because the initial account of the deceased is inactive. They first need to activate it then transfer the funds to the late estate account meanwhile we are told by the branch that the funds are processed, 2 weeks ago.. How is that even possible They are taking advantage of my mum because she doesn't understand these thing. I don't want anyone to be fired, I want them to start doing their job and provide correct info to their client. If they don't know what must be done, they need to ask their supervisor or request for training. We need this sorted out please. A lot is at stake here..
Bad Service from Fnb fraud department. my account is blocked because the call centre agent advised that they suspected fraud on it. she gave me the e-mail address of the person ( Aphiwe) that i must email the information to so that they can unblock it which is not involved in fraud. this was on the 29th Dec 2020 and up until today i got no response from Aphiwe. on the 5th i called the call centre again to do a follow up, the agent tried to call the investigator department and there was no response , she then sent an an e-mail to Aphiwe and his/her manager to follow up and request that they call me back, and up until today i am getting no response. my account is blocked, i am not able to use the funds that i have saved to use during this difficult month, no one is responding to me or giving me feedback. please assist me
