I am absolutely furious at the absolute LACK of service and assistance!! I have been trying to make a rebooking since last year which I booked originally in April 2020!! Whereafter fighting and eventually being apologies to because of Travelstart’s incompetence with policies of an airline whereby trying to rob me of thousands of rands - as soon as I wish to proceed the email is no longer available for communications!! Outrageous- how on earth are we supposed to rebook!! I have been a loyal client of Travelstart where I have for the last year had issue after issue with absolutely no assistance! I previously did a review whereby I was supposedly assisted but in reality little after that I landed in the exact same position!!
Excellent service and quality - shocking how other customers treat the staff. Note to everyone - treat people in the service industry as you would like to be treated!!
I would like two separate reviews: Travelstart - an absolute nightmare trying to rebook suspended tickets. I tried to sort issues out for months on end. Jeremy - finally I got assisted by someone competent, helpful and on the ball. I will review his service a 5/5. Very disappointed by Travelstart and terribly difficult to complicate issues via and online chat - it is much easier to pick up the phone but you cannot have this option.
