Worst service ever after having bought two couple outfits simultaneously. Poor communication both Durban and Midrand store!!! Lack of professionalism from both stores…no one available to address issues from clients
On 05 July 2024 I had pre arranged for we park you fly to collect my vehicle for safe parking. The driver arrived late after having called numerous times waiting for them. Consequently, I missed my flight and had to re-book incurring further costs in the process. I was told the driver had to walk a long distance and that there was nothing they could do. No care at all. 👎
I cancelled and paid a cancellation fee in December 2022 but still receiving invoices todate! WORST SERVICE EVER.
I would like to express my absolute joy in dealing with Walkot Cars, Newcastle! Being based in Durban I was worried about the service, however, Kaashif made everything so easy for me, from virtual viewing up until the actual purchasing!!! I’m a happy customer.

Case of purchased vehicle FULLY PAID. Vehicle not in same condition as report advertised. Case emanating from 02 June 2023 - has been under investigation since!!!! 18 August 2023 - matter remains unresolved.
I purchased a car with the Riverhorse branch, Durban on 02 June 2023. Paid full amount. On 08 June 2023 I was supposed to take delivery of the car but after being ignored most of that day - they couldn’t let me take delivery as the car had issues they needed to fix. The car was sent to a third party only to discover more problems which were not released to me. The car is still with THEIR third party and I have never set foot in that car. I have been emailing and phoning with no response. Their employee dealing with the case referred me to a manager whom they refused to give contact details not even an email address for escalation
Car purchased in June. Had problems - branch sent it for repairs. More issues picked up. We buy cars called to state that the matter would be escalated as I was dissatisfied. Since 08 June 2023 waiting for a car.
Worst customer service Cancelled their tracking service in 2022. In 2023 they still didn’t cancel it and I had an amount reflecting as unpaid adversely affecting my credit record - worst company
WeBuyCars Riverhorse Branch - Worst service ever!!!! Pontsho Moema - no customer orientation, none whatsoever. Bought vehicle, couldn’t take it home because they had to fix tyres - vehicle was sent to 3rd party by the branch I was left in the dark with developments. Had to dig and dig for status of the vehicle…upon emailing them - they had the audacity to refer me to the 3rd party whom I never had a deal/contract with. Poorest service ever.
