Ngaze ngazisola, with an event coming up this Friday I ordered last week Saturday DOLOLO delivery or comms. I have sent Sms’s ,emails even instagram DM’s but no response. Kindly assist with urgent delivery or refund.

Lufi-D is a ****, they always have sales and take our money and not deliver. I have been waiting for my order and it's been almost a month now. They only gave me an order number. I tried to communicate with them and all they do it's excuse after excuse. Now they just blue tick me and they don't answer my calls.

Poor customer service ever from Lufi-D in Gauteng,15 days after paying a courier and still no order received,whe I call them they are taking me pillar to post what is worse the lady by the name if Zinhle put the phone down while I'm busy talking

I ordered dresses from Lufid. Africa on the 12 July 2025. The delivery date was supposed to be after 14 working day. Till today there is no delivery. I was told to send invoice number, order number, which I did forward to Lufi d. To my surprise on the 7 July 2025, 23H23, I was send a screen shoot that says "Dear Valued Customer, we at LUFI D want to extend our heartfelt apology for the inconvenience you have experienced with your recent order. We are currently undergoing company-wide restructuring to improve our operation, strengthen, quality control and enhanced customer service support. If you have any concern, need assistance with your order , WhatsApp or call Company director". They took orders and my money when they have to deliver, I am being told about the restructuring. I do not see why restructuring must affect the orders, unless if it was Ludi D plan to scheme us our monies, by doing special. Lufi D is a scheme, people must be careful when placing the order with them. I ordered dresses for R2000.00. Now when they must deliver I am being told about the restructuring. LUFI D IS A SCHEME, WATCHOUT.

I placed an order on the 5the July 2025 only to be called 14days later that the dress is sold out and i should choose somethingelse and i didn't like anything so decided to cancel the order since then they refused to cancel and refund me I'm being send from pillar to post... everytime im told the manager will get back to me. Im very disappointed by their poor service. I want my money back i didn't receive anything from Lufid

Worst service ever after having bought two couple outfits simultaneously. Poor communication both Durban and Midrand store!!! Lack of professionalism from both stores…no one available to address issues from clients

On the 16th of October I bought 2 nhlamule dress, size 40s.and on the 23 I received a package, but it was only 1 dress, I called the the very same day after I received the package to tell them I bought 2 dresses, and the lady I was speaking with she said she will call me back the following day, when I call she doesn't answer, I send email telling her about the situation, no response until today, I tried to talk to here on WhatsApp to ask when can I receive the other dress, no response, when I tried to call today, she blocked. It's either she give me back my money or the dress.. I trusted her, hence I buy things from here. But now I am angry bcos the isn't any communication about my dress. No happy at all.
