Lufi-D is a ****, they always have sales and take our money and not deliver. I have been waiting for my order and it's been almost a month now. They only gave me an order number. I tried to communicate with them and all they do it's excuse after excuse. Now they just blue tick me and they don't answer my calls.

Very bad online service!!!!!
I have placed an online order on the 22nd of November 2024, until today the 5th December I have not received tracking details or any information from them. I only got a text on the 25th that my order has been packed. Until today I'm still waiting for my order. I sent them emails and responded to one that my order has been shipped and it takes up to 7days but I'm still waiting.
