I bought a brand new Renault Kiger 2024 model last year from hillcrest. I have been having issues when utilising the brakes ..squeaking,metal sounds that are irritating. The car only has 17000km on the clock. Today i was booked in for brake pad checkup upon calling my salesman yesterday complaining, the call i just received demands I pay R3000k to fix my brakes which are not even 1 year old…somebody please help me understand how this is now my problem. I am not happy at all with the brand now and the service I received. Renault must sort this out NOW!

I am beyond irritated with this department. My aunt registered for an ID for an orphan that she takes care of THREE MONTHS ago and it has still not been processed. She has been back and forth to the UMNGENI BRANCH IN DURBAN submitting documents from the social workers and SASSA offices alone and with the university student who can't even get her NSFAS funding because of this bull**** service from DURBAN offices home affairs. Somebody please clarify to me where the MOTHER AND FATHER of this child will emerge since these people are asking for their copies regardless of the paperwork being given to them .THIS IS A PARENTLESS CHILD WHO NOW HAS TO SURFER FURTHER BECAUSE OF HAVING NO ID, THEREBY NOT BEING ABLE TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT TO ACCESS HER NSFAS FUNDS.........SOMEBODY PLEASE ASSIST ..
