Horrible service
the 6 of January 2021 I called in with an emergency for Road Side Assistance and to my surprise I was advised that I'm not covered for it, however the sales person who assisted me with the cover did say the cover has unlimited road side assistance call outs. I was transfered to the Client Services department and the lady I spoke to said she was gonna call me back. I did not receive any call back from her. I called again on the 8th of January 2021 and was advised that the Sales consultant's supervisor would call me back. Till today I have not received any call back or assistance regarding this matter. Due to this horrible service, with immediate effect Cancel my policy and refund the premium amount for this month.
