Renovation of gates
HELLO PETER: CHAMBERLAINS My children requested me (a pensioner) to renovate their four garden gates, consisting of steel frames with slatted wood. The children earlier went to Chamberlains Centurion, which indicated that they do not do all the cutting. It is not a problem, because I have a very good radial-arm saw. I nonetheless went to Chamberlains Silverlakes for a second opinion, since that is where I regularly by all my DIY-requirements. Jacob again helped me, and suggested that I go to Chamberlains Waltloo for my needs. He referred me to Thabo. On Thursday 09 May 2024 I went to Waltloo looking for Thabo. He was not at his desk, but Juanita du Toit shared the office, and offered to assist me. I gladly accepted! What a wonderful, friendly and professional attendant/sales lady she is. At one stage I asked her whether she was a qualified QS since she knew exactly what to do and how to do all the calculations, also in order to limit offcuts. Her email-address is JUANITAT@FHCHAMBERLAIN.CO.ZA. Within a couple of minutes she presented a quote, indicating that 3 to 5 working days were required to prepare and cut the wood. On Friday 10 May 2024 I paid the required amount as indicated on the quote per EFT. On the following Monday the 13 May 2024 she phoned me and told me that my order was complete. I went there on Tuesday 14 May 2024 to collect all my cut slats, and the order was 100%, beautifully packed in bundles of 10! My experience is just so positive, and I think this was excellent service all the way. This is enough reason to write a very good review for Chamberlains Waltloo!

Availability of medicine
We live across the road of this business, for more than 4 years now. Both my wife and I have prescriptions for chronic medicines. The attendants in the pharmacy have occasionally recommended generic alternatives for the prescribed medicines, which saved us as well as the medical scheme a lot of money. The generics worked just as effective as the original. For everyday ailments such as colds or ordinary flu or stiff muscles we have also had very good and effective recommendations by the well qualified and friendly staff in this pharmacy. Furthermore, the business is open for 24 hours a day, which is an important benefit for aged people like we are. Fortunately, we have never required the after-hour service. We have no hesitation in recommending Serene Arrie Nel for any medicinal requirements.

Very poor service and no respons.
Since 22 November 2020 no contact with this supplier was possible, even though payment was made.

Extremely bad service from Braaishop
I ordered and paid per EFT for an item on 22 November 2020, but could in no way establish any contact since. Neither would the provided phone number be responded to. This is absolutely poor service and seems to be a scam. Be very careful when doing business with Braaishop!!!
