Arie Nel Pharmacy: Failure to pay for their negligence
An Arrie Nel Pharmacy driver drove into my stationary car and he admitted to being on his phone while driving. Although I reported the accident to Arrie Nel Pharmacy, their insurance division is now refusing to pay to fix my car. They advertise on Jacaranda FM that they treat all people with the utmost respect and dignity however the fact that hey are not wanting to pay for their mistake is unacceptable. I am a pensioner that must now find R26000 to fix my car.

Arrie Nell Pharmacy is a disgrace
You take our money refuse to deliver a asma pomp aldo the money was deducted from the account, that was the 17th of this month so now I must die because of your incompetency ?????????????????????????????? You are a disgrace to the medical establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is it that when you turn 70 years old you are no longer allowed to have an account with Arrie Nel Pharmacy. Even if you are a medical aid insurance customer. The claims are processed immediately electronically. Is that not enough? You have to get that extra profit that makes you famous for exorbitant prices out of the elderly. Is your life expectancy calculation for the elderly now on 70 years? I think you are ruthless and uncaring.

Arrie Nel Medichem Rosepark pharmacy is arguably the best pharmacy in Bloemfontein — with one major drawback: they rarely, if ever, respond to email queries. Even when prescriptions are submitted via their website, there is often no acknowledgement or follow-up. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with something as important as medication. If this issue persists, I may have no choice but to move my business back to Dis-Chem — a company I would strongly prefer not to support. I sincerely hope Medichem can address this communication gap, as their service is otherwise excellent.

Arrie Nel Pharmacy Kuruman. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this pharmacy over the past year. The customer service has consistently been poor, with long waiting times, unhelpful staff, and a general lack of professionalism. Queries are often ignored or handled with little care, and there seems to be no urgency when assisting customers. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue rather than a once-off experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards

Arrie Nel for the Win
The Totiusdal branch always goes above and beyond for their clients. I don't have a car of my own or drive, but when I ask for a delivery it is done within the day if not within an hour or so of placing the order and at no extra charge! Very helpful and friendly.

Arrie Nel for the Win
The Totiusdal branch always goes above and beyond for their clients. I don't have a car of my own or drive, but when I ask for a delivery it is done within the day if not within an hour or so of placing the order and at no extra charge! Very helpful and friendly.

Dismissive Staff and Management – Extremely Poor Service
I received very poor customer service at Arrie Nel Serene Pharmacy. The staff showed a clear reluctance to assist and displayed a dismissive, unprofessional attitude, as though helping customers was optional. I escalated the matter to management, hoping for resolution, but unfortunately management displayed the same uncaring and dismissive attitude. There was no accountability, concern, or effort to address the issue. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly in a pharmacy where professionalism and customer care should be non-negotiable.

There was no accountability, concern, or effort to address the issue. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly in a pharmacy where professionalism and customer care should be non-negotiable.

Preposterous Service, Lying to Customers
Ridiculous service @ Arrie Nel Kempton Park. Charging me an excessive amount for ear piercings, as well as the earings ! Phoned several other Arrie Nel Pharmacies, and not one of them charges for both of these !!

Ridiculous service @ Arrie Nel Kempton Park. Charging me an excessive amount for ear piercings, as well as the earings ! Phoned several other Arrie Nel Pharmacies, and not one of them charges for both of these !!
