Samsung South Africa Sucks
Still waiting for an answer sins 28 December 2019: 28 Dec 2019, 07:06 Samsung Sucks Deeply disappointed in a company that advertise "create superior products and services" you should take the superior service out of the statement. I bought a Samsung phone in 2016, looked after it like gold, not even a scratch on the screen, 2 weeks ago the phone just died and with the restart it shows Samsung and in red there is a message that says: Custom Binary Blocked by FAB Block. Phoned Samsung they want to send me 240km to a Vodashop, I phoned the Vodashop and they don't want to help for they don't sell those phones, after 4 more calls to Samsung and every time getting lame excuses and the customer care people not willing to transfer my call to a technician I am no without a phone over the festive season and losing business in an already *****ed up economy. Very disappointed that you are not willing to help and suggest I must buy another phone, with what money? and it is your software that is ******ed not the phone, so it should be your responsibility to fix it or to at least own up to it if you cant fix your own creations, and let people know before they buy your products.

How can we not help you?

17 October this year our son was born 1 month early with a emergency caesarean, huge unexpected expenses as can be expected. Thru the whole thing I kept communication channels open with the bank (FNB) and we stayed at the hospital for two weeks until baby is strong enough to go home. Waited for some payments to come thru some people paid me late I did not wait for FNB to phone me I phoned them to explain, the guy on the phone said can we deduct both November and December's payment on the 5 of December I said it fine I will make sure there are enough fund for that. And so it was paid on the 5th as agreed upon the Full R4646.62. Now early this morning(7/12/2016) I get an sms from FNB that says "Confirmation: Your Straight Credit Card Limit is R38500 and your Budget Limit is R0. Tor queries, Please call ********** 111 during office hours" Now it was R42500 Decreased with R4000 less, WITHOUT ANY warning ANY curtesy phone call or any communication. I find that you are kicking a dog while its down, the hospital bill is just over R35000 I am self-employed, meaning that I double the money I have to make money I need money. Now my Business Accounts, Personal Cheque Account, Credit card, cell phone contract and both my vehicles is financed with YOU. My life insurance police is with you, you make a lot of money out of me every month, now you spit on our relationship. I don’t know who you are Mr. Elwyn Abram but the way you conduct yourself with other people's lively wood is extremely unprofessional. I dialled 6 numbers spoke to 7 people, no one could get hold of you, I left messages I spent just over an hour on the telephone, I think you should phone me ASAP, and you ever is your supervisor. I hope you have a great Christmas....

Tsotsi Style from Tracker

Tsotsi style you have, just got a phone call from Nimble group wanting money from me, Lets see, I buy a system from you cash in 2014 for a year now I pay R251 for a service that you ask someone you does not pay for the tracker and installation but sign a 36 month contract R199 per month, that's R52.00 over a year = R624 right. So I questioned that, that a very rude don't care email back from a lady at your office which did not answer my question. So I stopped the debit orders, so you change the amount and it goes again Tsotsi style, I go into the bank again stop all payment to Tracker, finally. I am not on a contract with you, I bought the tracker and installation cash, I always paid in advance for each month, so If or in this case you service sucks, I stop paying and I stopped using your product all together, Now you want to milk the cow for more, after you have been charging me R52 more than you where suppose to sins September 2014. Let's see if I get a proper reply this time around.....

Chaos in Billing Department
On 05-08-2015 I paid R779 at Pick n Pay for my DStv subscription. on 20-08-2015, without any notice the DStv connection is cut off. On Multichoice's Self Service I am informed that I need to pay access subscription of R40, subscription fee of R349,50 AND R50 reconnection fee. I paid R400, but still the connection is off and Muiltichoice's bill say I now still owe R279,60, along with access subscription of R26,76 and another subscription fee of R233. This is one month's bill for almost R1800. Throughout all this, my decoder also mysteriously lost it's PVR functionality and it took me 4 calls to Multichoice call center to have it back to normal. 03-09-2015 I had a look at my account and it stated that I have to pay the next subscription fee by 30-09-2015. On 06-09-2015 all services have been switched off AGAIN! This kind of service is utterly ridiculous - to say the least. Will I be forced to pay another R50 re-connection fee for your mistake? I have not complained about this before - not even when Multichoice took 2 subscription fees via debit order in one month more then ones.

2 Gig in 3 Days Impossible
On the 27th of July at 16:27 I bought a 1 Gig bundle on the first of August I should get another Gig with my contract, on August 2 they say I ran out of data, which is impossible, as I have broadband at my office and where not at home or downloaded anything at my house. When I phoned and ask them about it the lady said it shows that I was on, yes the modem stick was on a wireless rooster which is protected with a password and to far away from any other houses for someone to hack it. When ask to speak to her supervisor she said that she all ready spoke to him and that is that. I ask again I want to speak to him she said his on the phone, I Said I will hold on seeing that I have already been on the phone for 25 minutes more time would not matter. Who can I contact to explain to me exactly where and how it is possible for data to just vanish, now 300megs just vanish again after I bought another gig yesterday.
