Why is it that when you turn 70 years old you are no longer allowed to have an account with Arrie Nel Pharmacy. Even if you are a medical aid insurance customer. The claims are processed immediately electronically. Is that not enough? You have to get that extra profit that makes you famous for exorbitant prices out of the elderly. Is your life expectancy calculation for the elderly now on 70 years? I think you are ruthless and uncaring.

Posh neighbourhood sporting the worst Truworths

If you want bad service, go to Truworths Woodlands. If you want to be treated with disrespect, go to Truworths Woodlands. If you want to be talked down to, go to Truworths Woodlands. The beauty department at this specific Truworths has the most excellent service...so it is baffling that when you talk to the management you experience the direct opposite. Very unhelpful, trying to make you out to be the one in the wrong. Refusing to phone their own sister branch and asking you to phone right in front of them from your own phone. Telling you to collect items from a sister branch and to bring it to them. Stunningly bad service. Go and experience it yourself! It is worth it.

Tshepo Marobela sold me insurance for my vehicle and he was polite, professional, friendly and knew his product. If we could clone him and populate South Africa with this type of service the sky would be the limit to our prosperity. Well done!

Violation of privacy

I had many good experiences on the dating site. But this time round it was horrible. I created my profile again, paid for a 6 month membership after taking a break from dating for a period of time. I responded to one person and when I logged out I could not log in again even after resetting passwords and contacting their help section. Their help section said that they contracted out the site to some company and requested them to remove my profile but they do not have control over it. They also promised to refund my money but no joy so far. I get notification daily via email of visitors to my profile and requests for interaction and it seems as if my photo's are still visible and the account active even after their assurances that it was closed. I am heading to the South African consumer goods Ombudsman to assist me as my profile picture is used to lure unsuspecting members to join without my permission. ***

A business you dont want to be compared against cause you will loose The Faerie Glen Postnet at the Dischem Centre c/o Solomon Mhlangu and Boardwalk Blvd gets my very rare 5 star rating. The service is absolutely spectacular. Vibrant, intelligent, curteous, helpful, considerate, efficient and accessible. Not sure how management does that but any business can learn from them. If I go there all businesses I enter after dealing with this Postnet suffer, because none can compare in terms of service and quality. Well done...you have a winning recipe as well as a loyal client. #SupportLocal

Very wary

<p>I also received a phone call from Naomi and my uneasiness lead me to google the company and seeing these reviews. I now asked for a detailed account that supposedly dates back to 2014 before I pay any money and as far as I am concerned, I am not paying any interest on an amount owing if I was not notified of the amount due. There are so many scams around that I need confirmation that this is legit. </p>
