Arie Nel Pharmacy: Failure to pay for their negligence
An Arrie Nel Pharmacy driver drove into my stationary car and he admitted to being on his phone while driving. Although I reported the accident to Arrie Nel Pharmacy, their insurance division is now refusing to pay to fix my car. They advertise on Jacaranda FM that they treat all people with the utmost respect and dignity however the fact that hey are not wanting to pay for their mistake is unacceptable. I am a pensioner that must now find R26000 to fix my car.0 replies

FNB: Paying for a service that was not rendered
I disputed and stopped a *****ulent debit order from Vodacom. FNB provided a reference number for this request, charged me R47 and still had the nerve to continue honoring a debit order that I reported as *****ulent. To add insult to injury, they then expected me to rate their excellent service.1 reply

Contravention of the POPI Act and allowing an upgrade without proof of identification
My contract was upgraded without my knowledge by a person I do not know. Vodacom allowed a person to purchase a new handset without proof of identification. The handset was delivered in Cape Town while I reside in Gauteng. I am unhappy that my personal details were compromised and given to an unauthorised third party.1 reply

Telkom: attempt to collect funds irregularly from a previous client
I cancelled my Telkom landline account in November 2017 and had paid the full account owing. I recently discovered that Telkom had indicated on their system that I missed a payment of R221 in November 2018, in 2019 and the last time 31 May 2020. When I contacted Telkom they stated that the amount of R221 was an amount they owed me but I cannot claim it now and neither can I pay the amount (it was stated on my credit score that i owed them the amount). I have paid a lwyer to remove this default/missed payment from my name and I have contacted Clear score and Experian SA to assist but no luck. Can you please assist me to get this default/missed payment from my name? Thank you.0 replies
