Arie Nel Pharmacy: Failure to pay for their negligence

An Arrie Nel Pharmacy driver drove into my stationary car and he admitted to being on his phone while driving. Although I reported the accident to Arrie Nel Pharmacy, their insurance division is now refusing to pay to fix my car. They advertise on Jacaranda FM that they treat all people with the utmost respect and dignity however the fact that hey are not wanting to pay for their mistake is unacceptable. I am a pensioner that must now find R26000 to fix my car.
