I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I recently experienced from Ford Motor Company. I first visited Ford Gezina and received a very poor guest experience. The service fell far below what one would expect from a brand of this stature. Hoping for resolution, I escalated the matter to Head Office — unfortunately, the customer service there was even more disappointing. While I did eventually receive assistance, there was no proper follow-up or meaningful resolution. Most concerning is that management clearly needs retraining on how to treat clients professionally and how to handle customer complaints effectively.
I received very poor customer service at Arrie Nel Serene Pharmacy. The staff showed a clear reluctance to assist and displayed a dismissive, unprofessional attitude, as though helping customers was optional. I escalated the matter to management, hoping for resolution, but unfortunately management displayed the same uncaring and dismissive attitude. There was no accountability, concern, or effort to address the issue. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly in a pharmacy where professionalism and customer care should be non-negotiable.

This organization is inadequately managed resulting in extremely poor customer service — to the extent that workers are constantly complaining about low wages in front of customers, while management hides in their office.

Makro Silver Lakes has sold me a malfunctioning smart television, and the manager Karen James is failing to take accountability despite being within warranty. Furthermore, very rude customer service.
The side step of my vehicle was damaged at their workshop, however, management is failing to take accountability.
