Arrie Nel Medichem Rosepark pharmacy is arguably the best pharmacy in Bloemfontein — with one major drawback: they rarely, if ever, respond to email queries. Even when prescriptions are submitted via their website, there is often no acknowledgement or follow-up. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with something as important as medication. If this issue persists, I may have no choice but to move my business back to Dis-Chem — a company I would strongly prefer not to support. I sincerely hope Medichem can address this communication gap, as their service is otherwise excellent.
Morning Capitec, I received the following message in App this morning "You've used at least 80% of your R1 million annual limit for personal international transactions. Please take care not to exceed the limit. If you do, your card and accounts accross all South African Banksmay be suspended, and you could face sanctions from the South African Reserve Bank". This is incorrect. I have only used approximately 10% of my annual allocation this year. Please correct this error immediately. Blocking my bank accounts based on inaccurate information would be unacceptable and highly unreasonable. I request that you review and rectify this matter as soon as possible. Kindly advise asap of your corrective actions.
Good morning Capitec, I recently experienced *****ulent transactions on my credit card and requested that your agent block the card. As a precaution, I also removed both my debit and credit cards from my Apple Pay Wallet. I have since received a new card, but unfortunately, I am unable to add either the new credit card or my debit card via the Capitec App to Apple Pay. I have carefully followed all the correct procedures, ensured my software is up to date, and confirmed that my personal information is accurate in both the Capitec App and on iOS. I also spent 1 hour and 40 minutes on your WhatsApp channel with agent Zoekiera, but despite our efforts, the issue remains unresolved. The error messages I continue to receive are: “Card not added. Contact your card issuer for more information.” “Card not added. Sorry, we are not able to add your card to Apple Pay Wallet. Please try again later.” The Apple Pay Wallet itself is functioning correctly, as I was able to add both my Standard Bank and Bank Zero cards without any difficulty. This suggests that the issue is specific to my Capitec cards and your systems. It appears that there may be a restriction or block on my profile, either from your IT systems or app**** by an agent, which is preventing me from adding my Capitec cards back to Apple Pay. I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter, as I rely on Apple Pay for daily transactions. Kind regards,

I just registered on your app and already have a question. I regularly make use of rental vehicles from Avis and Europcar. Do Inowneed to add every vehicle to the app in order to use the system or can I just scan the code at the boom on entry and exit? Kindly advise.

Dear Capitec, Your online banking i.e. the App and internet banking is falling apart! I am unable to login to Internet banking - with the QR code or the token. Nothing works. This is a daily occurrence now. I am unable to download the Sept 2022 credit card statement via the App, again nothing works. I am just receiving that stupid message that says you are aware of the problem... Please do something, but whatever you do, DON'T PHONE or EMAIL ME. Just fix your system and improve your QMS. Thank you.
