Arrie Nel Pharmacy Kuruman. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this pharmacy over the past year. The customer service has consistently been poor, with long waiting times, unhelpful staff, and a general lack of professionalism. Queries are often ignored or handled with little care, and there seems to be no urgency when assisting customers. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue rather than a once-off experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards
ICG074GP 22/03/24 17:34pm The bus stopped 56km outside Upington. The drivers dis not communicated any information whats going on. The passengers with connecting bus embarked onto another bus. Later on it was discovered that bus ran out of diesel. Which was poor planning from the Intercape team. We were stranded for 4 hours. Two cars came assuming it was the intercape Upington team just to pick up a driver which must go to the border. The Coloured lady was so rude with the 3 remaining passengers. When the breakdown bus was filled with diesel. That Lady suggested we must wait for the back up bus; whom was looking for place to make a U turn. Which never happend. I demand a refund for this inconvenience, which could have been avoided.
Ek wil net Arrie Nel Apteek, Kuruman se swak diens raporteer. 09/05/2023 so 16:45 het ek daarin gestap om net n gewone refill te kry. Het die lee bottel ingegee en ekt n hele 25min gewag in n lee apteek om gehelp te word,want ek kan nie by n ander apteek dit doen nie. Is nogsteeds nie gehelp nie.
