Unlawful Deductions
Good Day My contract with Telkom Mobile ended on the 31st of November 2020. I don't understand why the is a monthly deduction on my account for a contract which ended months ago, can someone please immediately assist, becuase i did not agree on an extension of my contract.

I have a debit order with reference: MULTID FORSCI RF 40177098 of R550.00 that gets deducted monthly from my account, Can you please assist me by telling me what the debit order is for, and how can I stop it. I have not approved or registered with any such company or organization Regards
