Food was well prepared, portions were inline with price. Staff were friendly and helpful, showed attentiveness, cleared empty plates timeously which added to the great experience. Loved the detail in the decor, very creative. Nice kid friendly atmosphere. Great dining experience overall.
I submitted my claim with Momentum in February after being a client for over 5 years with no claims previously submitted. I had a slight roof repair and Ariel to be replaced which I submitted a claim for. Momentum provided me with their approved autobody repair shop to take my vehicle in for repairs. My radio and display screen was working prior to me taking it to Front Row Auto body repair shop. When I queried Front Row, they advised that they did not have an electrician on site, so how was my Ariel base replaced with an unqualified technician. When I received my vehicle back the radio was intermittently working and the display screen not working, when I reported this, Momentum advised me to take my car to Hyundai Northcliff to be assessed. Their report came back that there is no lose wires and the radio is internally faulty and that I need to take it to a radio specialist. How can Momentum send my car to Hyundai Northcliff to do a diagnostic that can't tell what caused the internal fault as they don't have a radio specialist on site but infact sending me to yet another so called specialist and Momentum is not taking responsibility for sending me to their repair shop that damaged my stock standard fitted radio. This is not acceptable to receive a damaged radio back when I gave my vehicle in with a working radio and display screen. You need to fix this since this was your approved auto repair shop that replaced the Ariel and caused an internal fault. You also claim to send communication to my Dad who did not receive the email. You should be contacting me directly as stated previously since it's my claim!!!!!
