I have been a client of the bank for MANY years. This week they froze my account because I haven't completed a self certification. Up until this point, I still have not received ANY communication from the bank to tell me that this is required. They just went ahead and froze the account, which means that my debit orders did not go through - obviously at my cost... Absolutely SHOCKING service from a bank, who is supposed to be customer focused!!!!
I am here again! No communication whatsoever from the company about why they have jot sent the code for my voucher. Ordered on 14 May, received one message after multiple requests on 25 May, saying the code will be sent shortly. Since then NOTHING! I paid a lot of money for the voucher, please just send me my code ir give my money back! This is really not acceptable service!!!!
I hate turning to Hello Peter again, but I have, again, been let down by iTunesVouchers. Shame on me, I guess. I really thought after the last time the communication from the company would be better, but unfortunately I am, again, in the dark about what is happening with my order. It was paid in full on the 25th and, after e-mails and phone calls (which are just ignored / not answered), NOTHING! I have been a customer for many years, but the turnaround time on the last few orders really leaves much to be desired! Order no 67783
I am at my wit’s end! I have used itunesvouchers many, many times before without any hassles. This time it’s a very different experience. I ordered and paid on Monday, 18 January 2021 and have still not received my code. I have sent numerous e-mails, tried to phone and send a query on their website, with no response. I will not usually air my grienvances publicly, but I do not know where to turn, due to the lack of communication from them.
I received my new Discovery Platinum card last week and upon receipt saw that the one card was addressed on my maiden name, but the card was in my married name, I phoned Discovery card and was informed to send them a copy of my marriage certificate. I sent that on 12 January 2016, together with my ID, which was issued in 1999 in my married name, to them. Interesting fact is that I NEVER transacted with Diacovery before I was married.<br> On 14 January I received an e-mail to inform me that the documents sent previously was not enough and that they need certified copies - I refused to do this as it is a major inconvenience. I sent a reply asking an explanation of how they even have my maiden name on their system due to the fact that I was married almost 17 years ago and that I haven't had any dealings with the company before my marriage. Yesterday I received a response instructing me that it is a FICA requirement. No explanation. <br> <br> Tonight I tried to use the card and it would not go through. I phoned Platinum card and told the account was frozen due to certain documents being outstanding! If that is how Discovery treat their customers, I want NOTHING to do with the company!
