Until now you didn't deal with my review I had against Vodacom. It's like some companies like vodacom is paying you to keep us quiet. I hope I am wrong about this.

Die sarkastiese onnodige aanmerking deur die agent het my tot in my diepste wese geskok. Dit was vir my regtig onaanvaarbaar om vir my my te se dat ek my huis sal moet verkoop as ek moet gaan vir behandeling. Ek stel glad nie belang aan enige verskoning van platinum life of die betrokke agent nie. (On)gelukkig ken ek nie sy naam nie. Ek is net lus om my polis te kanselleer.
Getting help on the app is a nightmare. You will go to the secure chat and ask to chat to a banker but ooops! You are notified that you are 900 and something in the queue! I actually tried 3 times today to chat to a banker! The last time a waited actively for more than an hour before I decided to go to the Hopetown branch. There my query was dealt with effiently! The gentleman was very professional!
