Refund

I'm so annoyed as Clientele debit R716.43 on 22 December 2025, reference number is 3799564662, when I called them they refer me to B3 which they have terminated their services with, I wrote email, calls but I'm being referred from one person to the other. I want my money back as you had inconvenienced me because I couldn't pay my other debts.

I don't even know what to say after reading this reviews, I placed my order on the 26th of May and today it's the 26th June, I haven't received my order, I have been sending msg to follow up and there is no response!

Debit order date

I don't know what kind of service does ADT offer, I'm so annoyed with the lame service their giving. I took a contract with them in November 2022 and their agent told me that I needed to pay for a pro-rata which I did, December they decided to debit my account on the 13th which I didn't authorize. I sent an email to Ruth van Wyk who quickly pushed the blame to others and I have to deal with Lebogang who was so rude and not know how to speak to me as a customer, she didn't make follow ups and authorised another debit order for January on the 13th, she called to say it was rectified to debit on the 20th, today its the 08th March 2023,they haven't debiting, their waiting for the 13th again. I regret the day I took this contract with ADT because their service is so pathetic, really. I wish I could cancel their service.
