Been a customer for plus minus 20 years now. Due to covid pandemic, which we didn't ask for, i was not able to pay. Made an arrangement to be on pay as you go till i paid arrears. Due to the fact that i am an entertainer - and thanks to our WONDERFUL government which didn't offer us any relief in the industry - i have not been able to work at a full capicity yet, i was unable to pay the last amount as per arrangement. NO communication from your side to inform me that i will lose my number... Having had contracts where i never used top up airtime... In any case VODACOM.. You can go jump op a bridge. Clearly loyalty means NOTHING to you as a major company. Just lost a loyal client. Having spoken to one of your consultants today i cant get my number back as the system doesn't allow it. Last time I checked programs didn't design themselves... and having the human factor means anything can be changed... Due to this, and the covid pandemic which no one asked for, i will now lose a lot of business... Thanks for fokkol Vodacom....

Do not use these people.... I had my fridge repaired by them in November and they gave a 12 month warranty on their work... needles to say not even a month later my fridge gave same issue that was supposed to have been repaired. I have contacted and sent messages to Sean on numerous occasions. Empty promises. Very bad client service. I have been begging him since late December to come and sort out the fridge. I gave him enough chance and warnings that i have no other choice to report him for bad service. Paid R1600 for repairs... Very disappointed in this company.
