Norman Coleman and Chris (Christian) Bischoff

SCAMMER Alert Norman Coleman showed up at our place, banged out the gate lock in 30 seconds, replaced it within 5 minutes and demanded payment of R3 000. He did not quote for the new lock but apparently it cost R1 000 so we told him to remove it. He then demanded payment of R2 000 for his services. I called Chris (Christian Bischoff), the person I initially spoke to from the “company” to complain. He advised he just works at the call centre and doesn’t know this guy- we should sort it out with him personally - they just send out locksmiths on their reference list. After some research, I realised this is a blatant lie. I did some digging and these guys are best mates. Christian Bischoff runs the Pretoria branch of the “business” and sends his mate Norman to the Joburg addresses. Lots of complaints on here about them, just wish I read them prior to picking a locksmith. Lodging a complaint with the Locksmiths Association- send them a mail with your complaint - lasa@global.co.za
