I Purhased an mini led video projector Hd 1080p mobile projector. I was not happy with the product an arranged to have it returned. This supplier agreed and I shipped it back as per the courier details supplied by him. The parcel was not collected by him and is being returned to me. He has been playing a cat and mouse game and is not responding to emails sent to him from myself and the online company through which I purchased the item. This seems to me this is going to be a bad experience.

I purchased a Unic UC28C Mini led video projector HD 1080P Support mobile projector. I was unhappy with the product and arranged to return it to the supplier. He provided me with the courier details of his choice through Pep stores. I returned it to the supplier and provided him with the tracking details. The parcel was lying at Pep stores for more than two weeks which he never collected. They are returning it to me today. He has failed to respond to emails for him to collect the parcel. I am not going to get my refund. The online company through which I purchased the item has also sent him correspondence. He is playing a cat and mouse game, be careful to purchase something from him. Bad experience.
