Claim for not getting my order
Is vifaibt something serious in sales marketing? I paid $25.05 for 145 luxurious artist painting set on 16th of August 2021 by PayPal SIHONGERUN and I didn't get it until now and this order was made for more than five months ago

Dont buy from Simply shopping on bidorbuy
Simply shopping is a seller on bidorbuy they sell you stuff that dont work and arrives as if it is second hand yet you buy it new. Then you need to send it to them at your cost, they dont fetch the items it comes back to you and then they play hard to get to resolve them matter. They dont take phone calls. Looks like they not a legitimate business and bidorbuy is not doing anything about it or helping to resolve the matter only emails are been sent back and forth. Dont buy from this seller. Be careful Bidorbuy needs to reevaluate they sellers list. Because we buyers have alot to loose

Simply shopping is a seller on bidorbuy they sell you stuff that dont work and arrives as if it is second hand yet you buy it new. I Purhased an mini led video projector Hd 1080p mobile projector. I was not happy with the product an arranged to have it returned. This supplier agreed and I shipped it back as per the courier details supplied by him. The parcel was not collected by him and is being returned to me. He has been playing a cat and mouse game and is not responding to emails sent to him from myself and the online company through which I purchased the item. This seems to me this is going to be a bad experience.

Simply Shopping
I purchased a Unic UC28C Mini led video projector HD 1080P Support mobile projector. I was unhappy with the product and arranged to return it to the supplier. He provided me with the courier details of his choice through Pep stores. I returned it to the supplier and provided him with the tracking details. The parcel was lying at Pep stores for more than two weeks which he never collected. They are returning it to me today. He has failed to respond to emails for him to collect the parcel. I am not going to get my refund. The online company through which I purchased the item has also sent him correspondence. He is playing a cat and mouse game, be careful to purchase something from him. Bad experience.

Shipping Shopping refused to deliver goods - stay away!
Bought some goods on BidorBuy via an auction, paid immediately and then received an email from Simply Shopping with a tracking number via Fastway. When I checked the website, the tracking number could not be found. I waited a week or so and then followed up with Simply Shopping only to be told that they were having issues with the courier. I asked for a copy of the waybill which they could not produce. I asked them to send another item but they declined saying that they would prefer to refund me “because they need to claim from the courier”. They had stock, just declined to send another one, only do a refund. BidorBuy were useless, absolutely no help from them so I sent Simply Shopping my banking details and got my refund. I then saw them advertising the same item again which annoyed me! BidorBuy eventually woke up and started emailing me but they are useless, nothing but a postbox. Simply Shopping stuck to their response, “we cannot send another item until the claim is processed BUT we can refund you?” You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to work out why, I bought the item on auction at a good price, Simply Shopping bailed from the transaction by blaming the courier. If they were a trusted seller, they would have sent me a replacement item, something I asked them to do a few times. Scam!
