Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Repair Solutions *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* The assessor has been very *********** in the way he is currently handling my ongoing claim. There are no updates with responses to my emails nor a call to update me on the status of my vehicle. I have Ross Champion who is outsourced calling me daily providing me with updates which should not be the case. My vehicle was never physically assessed I was advised to send through pictures and based on those a quote was initiated. All of which now the assessor is declining. My car is sitting in the panel shop for nearly a month with no work done on it as yet. Absolutely disappointed with the service which is causing a great inconvenience Santam your staff are very helpful and polite. It is the outsourced companies that give you a bad name.
I am disappointed and disgusted at the level of service I have received both both an online and instore complaint that I have made. I have 5 Liverpool shirts that I have received as gifts and was unable to retain a receipt for the items. All of the 5 Shirts are defective in terms of the print peeling off. The items are of such poor quality. I have emailed the Head Office who has informed me that i will need to take the shirts back to the store where it has been purchased with the receipt. I did explain that I have not retained the receipts as the items were gifts purchased. I have been to the store and was told by the manager in charge that there was nothing that can be done. I have been back and forth with this query since 2 weeks ago. This is ridiculous being a long standing customer for years. I do not want a refund on the items however i would like an exchange for them as they are collectors items. I would like for someone to contact me regarding this as I am very upset.
