MY ACCOUNT WAS HANDED OVER TO BLUE OCEANS DUE TO NON PAYMENT CAUSED BY UNEMPLOYMENT. I HAD COMMUNICATED BEFORE IT WAS HANDED OVER HOWEVER IT STILL WAS FROM LETSATSI FINANCE! I HAD AN AGENT FROM BLUE OCEANS CONTACT ME AND DISCUSSED WHY I HAD NOT FINISHED PAYING AND HE REQUESTED MY UNEMPLOYMENT LETTER FROM MY FORMER HR WHICH I SUBMITTED! I WAS THEN ADVISED MY INTEREST WOULD NOT INCREASE AS WELL AS I AM UNEMPLOYED AND I HAVE NO OTHER PENDING ACCOUNTS , MY CREDIT SCORE WAS ALSO WELL ABOVE AVERAGE. HOWEVER THEY DIFFERENT AGENTS KEPT CALLING AND ONE OF THEM HAD THE NERVE TO SAY EVEN IF I HAVE JUST R50 I SHOULD JUST MAKE A PAYMENT AND I EXPLICITLY EXPLAINED THINGS ARE REALLY TOUGH DURING THIS PANDEMIC ESPECIALLY SINCE I AM UNEMPLOYED AND I SAID WHEN I START WORKING I WILL CLEAR MY ACCOUNT AS I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS BUT SHOULD I HAVE THAT "R50" I WOULD PAY. I WAS SURPRISED TO GET A CALL FROM TWO EXTREMELY RUDE AGENTS WHO TOLD ME I FAILED TO PAY MY ARRANGEMENTS OF THAT "R50" AND MY INTEREST WENT UP BECAUSE OF FAILURE TO PAY RESULTING IN THE MALE AGENT SHOUTING AT ME AND HANGING UP WHEN I ASKED THEN A LADY CALLED AND ASKED WHY I DIDN'T PAY WHEN I TOLD HER SHE TRICKED ME AND WRONGFULLY ARRANGED PAYMENT WHEN I CLEARLY SAID I CANT AFFORD SHE ALSO RUDELY HUNG UP!!!!! I AM APPALLED BY THE KIND OF SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED AND NOW AM SITTING WITH A ACCOUNT THAT HAS INCREASED UNLAWFULLY!!!! I WANT ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THEM AND I EXPECT FEEDBACK FROM THEIR SUPERIORS!!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FROM BLUE OCEANS CALL CENTRE!! HIRE PROFESSIONAL AGENTS AS THE PANDEMIC HAS CAUSED ENOUGH STRESS, ANXIETY AND LOSS I DONT EXPECT TO BE BULLIED AND PUT FURTHER INTO DEBT BY PEOPLE CHASING COMMISSION!!!!!! FOR FUTURE REFERENCE OFFER PROPER TRAINING AS THIS IS GROUNDS FOR A SERIOUS DISCIPLINARY ACTION WHICH I EXPECT!!!
NANDOS PARKTOWN HORROR! I ORDERED MY FOOD ON UBER EATS AT 12:35PM ON THE 28 JAN 2021 AND WAITED SO LONG, SO I NOTICED THE 1ST UBER EATS DRIVER CANCELLING MY DELIVERY THEN THEY SENT THE 2ND DRIVER HE WAITED UNTIL I DECIDED TO CALL HIM AT 13:55PM AND HE SAYS THEY TOLD HIM THEY LOST MY ORDER I ASKED TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THE NANDO'S EMPLOYEES AND SHE SAID THEY JUST ONLY THEN STARTED WITH MY ORDER SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE REFUSED I THEN CALLED NANDO'S PARKTOWN AND THE MANAGER ANSWERED AND HIS RESPONSE SINCE IT DOES NOT QUALIFY AS SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY APPAULLING AND DISGUSTING HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WENT AS FAR AS SHOUTING AT ME, TALKING OVER ME AND REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND THEN HE HUNG UP IN MY EAR WHEN I USED MY AIRTIME TO CALL AND COMPLAIN ABOUT A ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 30 MINUTES BUT I ENDED UP WAITING WELL OVER AN HOUR....I WANT ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THIS NANDOS PARKTOWN ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
