NAME AND SHAME : ADRIAAN BOTHA I feel it's important for everyone to know that Adriaan Botha from Alto Linea Design is a criminal and scammer. He was contracted to do 2 jobs which he has taken around R50K for and is now refusing calls and has not supplied the material promised. This is now ongoing for about 3 months. We are unable to get our money back as he says he had to use it for December "overheads" BE WARNED!!!
This review is not for Telkom but for an amazing individual who works for Telkom. After Liaising with 6 Telkom employees in the bIlling Department and Zanele Manana who is the Supervisor of billing, I made an attempt at speaking to Billing one more time to rectify our Business account. Anelisa Qoma should be moved to management as the level of service and competency was remarkable compared to the 6 months of liaisons we have endured at Telkom. Our account has been rectified and we can now FINALLY cancel this service with Telkom. Anelisa, you are a diamond in a coal mine. Please put your amazing skills and knowledge to better use elsewhere. Telkom don't deserve you!!!!
In June of 2020 we requested an upgrade from a 10mb uncapped business dsl line to a 20mb uncapped line. We were then billed for our upgrade but our package was never upgraded. We then embarked on a billing dispute as we felt it to be unfair to be charged for something we didn't have, which resulted in suspension of services from Telkom. By November of 2020 we had finally actually been upgrade to the 20mb line according to Telkom. We then received a bill for a 40mb uncapped line. We had successfully been upgraded to a line we did not authorise as we had requested a 20mb line. So by the end of November we were in billing disputes all over again as our account was once again suspended as we would not pay for something we did not authorise or have. I would not recommend signing up with this company in the near or distant future.
