Worst Service
Would actually prefer to give no star but that option is not available. Order placed 18/08/2025 and paid in full. Ordered 4 kits, received first kit, no problems and that's where it stopped. I had to ask numerous times where the rest of the order is via Whatsapp and email. Was told the remaining order was in the container expected to arrive September 2025. In September I received another kit, 2 still outstanding. I then asked if I can change the size on one of the kits, so that we can get something so long while we wait for the shipment. October I was told that the shipment still has not arrived and is expected Mid-November 2025. In December 2025 I enquire again numerous times, no answer. Last update on their system was 19 November 2025. When I did get an response, I was told they sent an update email to me and I must check my spam mails. There was and still is nothing in my spam either. Ryan does not read Whatsapp's, does not respond to emails. Worst service!!! It is 4 March 2026 and I am still waiting for my remaining order. I have even asked twice for them to refund me and I am just being ignored. Will never use them or refer them to anyone looking for sport equipment.
