Worst Service
Would actually prefer to give no star but that option is not available. Order placed 18/08/2025 and paid in full. Ordered 4 kits, received first kit, no problems and that's where it stopped. I had to ask numerous times where the rest of the order is via Whatsapp and email. Was told the remaining order was in the container expected to arrive September 2025. In September I received another kit, 2 still outstanding. I then asked if I can change the size on one of the kits, so that we can get something so long while we wait for the shipment. October I was told that the shipment still has not arrived and is expected Mid-November 2025. In December 2025 I enquire again numerous times, no answer. Last update on their system was 19 November 2025. When I did get an response, I was told they sent an update email to me and I must check my spam mails. There was and still is nothing in my spam either. Ryan does not read Whatsapp's, does not respond to emails. Worst service!!! It is 4 March 2026 and I am still waiting for my remaining order. I have even asked twice for them to refund me and I am just being ignored. Will never use them or refer them to anyone looking for sport equipment.

I have been waiting for an order from September 2025, we are in Feb 2026. At first I received updates saying my order is delayed due to shipment from overseas. Unreliable customer support
Be careful. I don't trust this company. Trying to find a dunkable basketball hoop and backboard, which I found but getting answers out of the WhatsApp support is like pulling teeth. They keep telling you to go to the website and dont seem eager to help. Won't be buying from them after seeing other bad reviews because its not cheap products. Not worth the risk

Unreliable customer support
Be careful. I don't trust this company. Trying to find a dunkable basketball hoop and backboard, which I found but getting answers out of the WhatsApp support is like pulling teeth. Useless company
This is the most useless company I have every had to deal with. They do not have any contact number for any queries and when you do get a reply on an email, they tell you to refer to their website for the information. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my order and still nothing. I did receive the email that I can collect, but when trying to find the weight and dimensions of the parcel, wanted by my courier, I get ignored. I will never support this place ever again. We needed the products urgently and had to order from another company to get the goods in time. This has now cost me double, just so that I could send the kids on their rugby tour.

Useless company

Honesty by Sports Dynamix....
Good day. I bought a Goalie Hockey Stick which was SUPPOSEDLY in stock according to the website for my son. After Delivery date has come and gone I followed up with Sports Dynamix. They informed my they don't have stock which as a ecommerce website I feel you should have said so on your website before I bought the stock. Now they are refusing to repay me my refund. My refund would have been repaid to me on the 20th June it is still not done. After numerous follow up's and promises it is still what it is, Promises. So thank you for your business Sports Dynamix....I do Appreciate your Honesty. Oh and just by the way... i feel one star out of five is far to good a review at this stage....
