I was overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion of the Paw Print Cremations team. Losing a beloved pet is so heartbreaking and their compassion and friendly service made the loss of our beloved Labrador more bearable. They delivered excellent service and within a few days of collecting our boy we were informed that his ashes could be collected. Everything was beautifully packaged. They added such a special touch with the message from their team to our beloved pet. They made it possible for us to give him a dignified send - off.
If I could have given zero stars I would have... I have been trying to cancel two Vodacom contracts for the last 6 weeks. When upgrading a different contract and wanting to cancel these contracts I was advised by the store that I had to call the call center to cancel the contracts. I phoned the cancelation line on 17/12/2020 to cancel these contracts. During this phone call the agent on the line made several other offers which I refused, and I was finally after a 45 minute call assured by this agent that the contracts has been canceled. When I received my new statement I saw that it has not been canceled, and therefore on 11/01/2021 I once again phoned the call centre to follow up on this. The agent I spoke again made a bunch of new offers, which I again refused. Eventually I was told that matter will be handed over to the investigation department. I again received no feedback, and tried contacting them via email on the 18th of January. I was then promised feedback within 5 to 7 business days. 10 business days later, and I have received zero feedback and the contracts have still not been canceled. I am fed up with Vodacom and will be taking my business elsewhere if this matter is not resolved very soon!
