Fraudster! Marco Snell from Speedy Garage Doors
Completely agree with prior reviews... Marco Snell is a conman!! Full of excuses once you pay him the 70% deposit. He never comes back or answers calls after he banked the 70% deposit. He is a thief and fraudster! His suppliers do not want to work with him anymore so it will be impossible for him to get your product. But he still will sell you and run away with your deposit... Be careful!!!

What a disaster…! Hired Markor Projects (Marco Tech (Pty) Ltd), its owner Mark Pieterse and his brother Joe, for a rebuilding project. Actually 3 building projects. It started okay-ish, the owner was quite adamant that he was a (self-proclaimed?) ‘master-builder’ and assured us that all would be done on time and within 3 weeks max. Nothing was further from the truth it turned out! All building work was delayed by weeks if not months and after the first couple of weeks, the owner didn’t even show up anymore to manage the progress and ‘workmanship’. Many of the days NOBODY showed up at the building site and we were left with many excuses but no mentionable progress. The days that someone showed up, the owner just dumped some ‘workers’ on site, without required skills and without any proper instructions of what needed to be done. It became clear that the progress of the rebuilding was depending on the ‘convenience and schedules’ of the Markor Projects owner and that their client just had to live with that… After months of delay and complaining from our side, the owner, Mark Pieterse, required more money because he could not pay his workers and materials anymore. Many would see that as a sheer mismanagement of the project(s), but no…… everyone was to blame for his shortcomings but himself… Mind you, he was fully paid already to finish the job! When we refused to pay anything more than he was contracted for, he threw a tantrum and blamed even us for the delay and mismanagement of funds. Arrogance and ignorance are a very dangerous combination, especially when there is no self-reflection involved… The end result was that Markor Projects and its owner left the building site unfinished and in a state of ruin. The deposit amount - which we paid for one of the other projects he was supposed to do -he took with him and to date, has not paid the deposit payment back. This is apart from the money we paid him for the first project and which he failed to finish due to the excuse that “he could not pay his workers and materials anymore to finish the project”... So, in conclusion, be wise and hire a reputable builder for your projects. Markor Projects clearly do not have the building and management skills to successfully finish a project within budget and set timeframe. And in the process will run away with your hard-earned money…
