Listen to me, and listen very carefully.... Sleeping-OUT a is the worst site to use to book accommodation. They are very unprofessional and they will never refund your money. I honestly hate them. Don't be naive. There are better sites you can use to book accommodation. Don't use SLEEPING OUT. Their agencies also lie and say that the places you looking for are fully booked, even when that's not the case. Very very unprofessional
