Bad Service
I booked accomodation via sleeping out at a Guesthouse called Bluewater Beachfront. I received a quote of R475 per nite (p/p sharing). I booked and paid for 2 nights (R950) on Friday 07-10-2022. Sleeping out acknowledge my payment but later the same day i received an email saying my reservation was cancelled due to the fact that Bluewater Beachfront Guesthouse made a mistake with the price. The new price is infact R950 per night. Reference no. 4222019 Today is 10-10-2022 and still have not received my R950 paid to slee*** out on Friday 07-10-2022

To all suppliers: In & Out Properties do not pay you for products/services rendered by you to them.
To all suppliers: In & Out Properties do not pay you for products/services rendered by you to them. They come up with all the usual nonsense and blaming booking agents. They do not have the money to pay as they are ill-managed. They have also cleared out their office. I don't think they will last much longer.

Customer satisfaction not important
Made a booking at Airport Game Lodge. Pictures on internet not the same as in real life. Fortunately my brother was in the area a week before our arrival to check out the Lodge, NOT what was promised or close to pictures. Sleeping-out charged us 10% handling fee of total booking amount even though I cancelled within a week of paying 50% deposit. They were not really interested in my reason for the cancellation

OutSurance
I have read many reviews about OutSurance and their SIAS Administrators. How did you guys get them to remove their negative listing on credit bureau because you missed a premium? I tried calling, sending emails but all has failed. I guess this is the only way they get to listen

Worst site for booking accommodation
Listen to me, and listen very carefully.... Sleeping-OUT a is the worst site to use to book accommodation. They are very unprofessional and they will never refund your money. I honestly hate them. Don't be naive. There are better sites you can use to book accommodation. Don't use SLEEPING OUT. Their agencies also lie and say that the places you looking for are fully booked, even when that's not the case. Very very unprofessional

BEWARE OF DINING-OUT !!!!
DINING-OUT These people are very quick to sign you up but when you cancel ahead of time as stated in your contract, they don't do it and they keep on collecting money via debit order. There is also no communication from them when you question it. BEWARE AND DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM

Never use Sleeping Out Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would never use sleeping out, I do not recommend anyone using it either. I was left stranded on Friday night. I drove up from PMB to Boksburg, Sleeping-out knew there were issues at the establishment, they could not offer assistance, and left their offices not knowing where I will be staying; I paid the full amount of R4400, and I booked a guest house, upon arrival, my daughters arrived prior to me, they discovered this was not a guest house, but 4 small dwellings on 1 property; the "guest house" they call it, is also used as an office, reception area, therefore no privacy, & a caretaker shares a room in the same "Guest house" in 1 of the rooms. I had booked the place for 8 young ladies, only to find out the rooms are not under 1 roof, there are other people living on the property, and a guard that share's a room in 1 of the rooms as us. When I raised my concerns with sleeping out , & explained that I am not comfortable with this set up and it is not what I paid for, they tried to get a hold of the owner who's phone was off, or the Establishment to confirm this, he eventually answered Sleeping out, on another cell number, however refused to take my calls. My daughters were there, he was rude & arrogant and asked them to leave. He reused to listen or even reason with my concerns raised, instead asked them to leave, the only thing he said is that he will send the caretaker to sleep in another room outside. My point was I was not feeling safe to allow these young women to sleep alone in this informal dwelling with other people walking around, and the offices / reception area in the same place as the rooms with no privacy. the owner then switched both his phones off,Sleeping out tried on numerous occasions to get a hold of him , to no avail, I eventually received a call at 17:00 from a lady saying that there is loadshedding, BHeki has no network because of this, he locked the rooms & left, he will call me about 19:00 once load shedding is over & the network is restored. I did not receive a call, and I slept in my car for the night. I have never heard of no network during load-shedding? when I arrived in Boksburg at 19:15, I tried calling him again, and 1 of his number went to voicemails, and the other phone rang to no avail. PLease do not use Sleeping out. i was really distressed. I stuck to my part of the deal paid in full and was let down.
