Van Riebeeckshof Spar. Item priced differently from the till price. The manager named "Job" refused to acknowledge their mistake and not sell the item for the advertised price. I was then told to leave the store, that I am not welcome there. Obviously I will not return. Really dissapointing service.
We love Bossa, but tonight was a massive let down. Our waiter Mr. Dlamini was no where to be found he was at the table three times total. We had to get other members of staff involved the entire service who were only too happy to help. The food was top notch! We had the worst service ever experienced at a Bossa franchise. He can do so much better.

I have a laundry pick up and delivery business in Cape Town I have been doing this for 4 years. I have picked up and delivered from almost all the Hotels and Guesthouses in Cape Town. I arrived at the Radisson Blu on Riebeek street. I have picked up and delivered laundry there countless times over the years. Today 5 October 2021 I came to deliver a customer’s laundry, I told the lady behind the counter that I have laundry to deliver to the concierge for a guest of theirs. She proceeded to call the room to hear if he is there. A man interrupted the lady to hear what is going on. He looks at the guests’ name on the laundry invoice and says while tapping the invoice “This is a problem guest; I am not keeping it for him”. The man looked at the laundry invoice again and saw the guest stays on the 15th floor he immediately said “All the people living on the 15th floor have bumped their heads “. I then asked him to speak to the manager which he then made very apparent that he is the manager. He refused to keep the laundry for their guest. I told him this is not good customer service. Which he replied, “It is your customer not mine”. I said he is one of your paying guests. The manager then said, “He is a resident not a hotel guest”. What difference does this make? He then said “I will make sure no one will use your laundry service “. I called the customer to tell him I must take it back to my branch while on the phone the manager grabbed the laundry from me and carried it out to the street and left it there. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of customer care in my life. I know this man is not a representation of the Radisson Blu. I hope the real managers’ see this.
I was at the branch at Caltex on D'urban road for the first time. The lady behind the counter was very rude. No customer care. I left and will not return.
