I had a six relatively minor incidents in the last couple of years and SANTAM has been ther promply settling the claims.
I traded in a faulty Hansa Gate PCB for a reconditioned one which worked fine for about 3 weeks, then we opened the gate no problem but it would not close. On investigation we found the reconditioned PCB blown up. I sent photos to Gate Repair Services Simon said that warranty does not cover lightning or surge damage and he would: "I will certainly send you a damage report for your insurance". After at least 5 reminders to let me have the damage report, which all got ignored, I decided to lodge this complaint.
