I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was initially told that my car would be repaired and ready within 7 days, but the car took almost 4 weeks with them and I now had to beg them as I needed the car. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already paid the deposit well in advance and specifically asked them to source all the necessary parts before I brought the car in, to avoid unnecessary delays since I rely on my vehicle. Despite this, the process has dragged on far beyond the agreed timeline. Communication has been very poor throughout. The only time I received proper updates was when they needed approval to carry out additional work and increase the quote. Other than that, there has been little to no proactive communication about the progress of my car. To make matters worse, I even reached out to the manager on WhatsApp, and my message was simply read and ignored. There was no response, no accountability, and not even an apology for the delay. This entire experience has been highly inconvenient and stressful, forcing me to constantly follow up just to get basic information. I expected professionalism, transparency, and respect for my time, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. They urgently need to improve their communication, accountability, and ability to stick to agreed timelines.
What an awful experience we had today with my son at Tzaneen Crawdaddys. I had pizza which was insanely good and my son had chips and a steak which smelled very offish and tasted horrible, both my son and I couldn’t eat and my son just went to the play area. No accountability at all from the store and the excuse what an explanation of their steak maturing process and the number of days it takes. We left the steak there and still paid a full amount plus the “forced” mandatory service fee. That was the last day I set my foot at the establishment.
Went to Medi Clinic Tzaneen as a cash paying patient but now I keep on getting messages that my medical aid didn’t pay for certain services which I already had advised that I will use cash of which I did pay. Now I’m left with a payment I wasn’t advised about when I got discharged and I did pay the money I was told to pay. Did call them a month ago and they said they will investigate and revert and I’ve been waiting
I collected my car 2 weeks back, only to find that the other doors need to be locked and unlocked manual. Had to use my own petrol back to them to fix it, Now the car battery is loose and I believe its not mounted and I can see through the engine when Open the drivers door since they didn't close that portion
