Very rarely is that you find individuals who are willing to go beyond their duties as sales consultants simply to make a customer happy. Thato Seabi from SNT sports is a gem. He went out of his way to assist me in turning an order into the most awesome Valentines day gift complete with a personalised custom designed card that literally brought me to tears. In these difficult times where seeing my loved one is nearly impossible having people like Thato in the world helping me to say "I love you" is the most reassuring thing ever.
