I purchased a treadmill from Takealot, who's just the seller for SNT SPORT, while I was away and was disappointed with the product upon my return. Despite the treadmill being in perfect condition and having proof of purchase, my request for a refund has been declined. The product is less than three months old and has not been touched. Moreover, my review on the Takealot website has been declined multiple times, which led me to seek assistance here and post on HelloPeter. While I acknowledge the 30-day return policy, my absence prevented me from returning the product within that timeframe. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and will not make any future purchases from Takealot because of SNT SPORT. I have chatted with the CEO Lisa Schoeman who refuses to assist further.

As neither Reebok nor Takealot responded to my complaint this is a review of the company who handles issues on their behalf (I'm told). I bought a Reebok GT40Z treadmill from Takealot at the end of 2023 and have had endless problems with it. There was a 18 month warrantee which I was told is directly with Reebok and the problems up until the warrantee expired about a month ago were fixed free of charge. The motor packed up not even a month after the guarantee expired and now I have to replace it at half the price of a new treadmill. I investigated and found out that Reebok guarantees the motor for 10 years everywhere except in South Africa. No reason was given and I'm not very happy. The normal price for this treadmill is around R10,000 which is a lot of money considering it only lasts 18 months for South African customers.

Very rarely is that you find individuals who are willing to go beyond their duties as sales consultants simply to make a customer happy. Thato Seabi from SNT sports is a gem. He went out of his way to assist me in turning an order into the most awesome Valentines day gift complete with a personalised custom designed card that literally brought me to tears. In these difficult times where seeing my loved one is nearly impossible having people like Thato in the world helping me to say "I love you" is the most reassuring thing ever. Thank you so much for being so awesome I really appreciate All you've done. SNT sports is lucky to have you!

POOR FEEDBACK, STRUGLING TO GET A REFUND! POOR FEEDBACK NEVER IN MY LIFE SINCE I STARTED BUYING FROM TAKEALOT, HAVE I EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH TAKEALOT... UP UNTILL TODAY 26 JANUARY 2021! SO, I am writing this review to COMPLAIN about a matter not being resolved since 2 January 2021 from TAKEALOT and SNT SPORT side. I am so upset. We bought a bicycle VIA Takealot -SUPPLIER SNT SPORT but had numerous troubles with it. We tried returning the bicycle via takealot, but the 6 month period had already passed. Takealot referred me to the Supplier SNT SPORT as the bicycle had a 2 year warrantee with the supplier SNT SPORT. I contacted the supplier SNT SPORT, KIRSTY GETULY AND CHRISTINE DENSLEY were all eager to reply. They collected the bicycle on 15 January 2021. The Supplier SNT SPORT (Kirsty Getuly) replied that they will do a credit to Takealot, so they already did a credit back into the Takealot account and the supplier SNT SPORT sent Takealot a Credit Note. SNT SPORT REFUSE TO GIVE ME A CREDIT NOTE. PROBLEM: TAKEALOT IS REQUESTING THE CREDIT NOTE FROM ME SO THAT THEY CAN DO MY REFUND. SNT SPORT DO NOT WANT TO SEND ME THE CREDIT NOTE AND THIS IS WHERE THE HOLD UP KEEPS COMING IN. Takealot STILL DIDNT REFUND ME... But unfortunately... since 2 January... we are struggling to get a refund! Takealot keep asking me for a credit note... how irrelevant and UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT THIS IS WHAT THEY REQUIRE FROM ME!!! Everytime I phone Takealot I speak to someone else... NOTHING GETS RESOLVED!!! I AM NOW FED UP WITH THIS SITUATION! I AM FRUSTRATED!!! My Son is without a bicycle and I am frustrated since 2 January 2021.

I had an issue with my order through Zasttra. Kirsty from SNT took my call and sorted my issue out within 30 minutes. The Adidas karate suit is also top quality and when I collected, all was ready and the people very friendly. I will definitely buy from SNT again!

Service absolutely pathetic. I ordered mma gloves and i needed it for a competition for the weekend so they delivered in time on Friday, however, they delivered the wrong item. I ordered red and white gloves because my fight gear is mainly red and they gave me blue. When i phoned in to enquire about their mistake the lady had a "no care attitude" and her response was, oh no its not the incorrect product its just blue, there's no more red available. I immediately requested a refund as i will not accept anything other than what i paid for. The lady told me that the courier will come collect the gloves from me Monday or Tuesday(16th/17th April). Since then ive phoned in every single day with her same response being "they will definitely be there tomorrow". It's now almost a week later, and I'm still sitting with these gloves and without my refund. This is horrible service and it will be the last i ever use SNT Sports as my supplier for my gear. Im very disappointed.

I placed an order with them last week and paid for my order. Received the delivery on 27/09/2017 and one item was not delivered. I contacted them several times on email and telephonically and was informed they will contact me back (up to now still no reply from them) I spoke to Lisa who said they will follow up and be in contact. Do not support the supplier they do not respond to any emails or return call and steal your money. Worst online shopping experience ever, be warned now and stay clear of them.
