Roodepoort Post Office The worst Ever! I purchased a few items online. One a smart wallet and the other was 2 LP Records. The site I purchased from was overseas and didn't offer much delivery options. So their only option was to send it via the mail. Against my better judgement I opted to go through the Post Office, Roodepoort Post Office had the item at the Premises for 3 months and could not explain how a notification for me to collect gets delivered 3 months later. When I got there to collect the item I was told it was sent back to the sender, that's laughable, ridiculous and very suspicious. I'd like this to be a lesson to others regarding this Post Office in particular. Be careful trying to get something delivered via Roodepoort Post Office.
What a pathetic fin institution. I'm done and had it, will be closing my account ASAP! what started off as to what I thought would be routine ended up where I couldn't even lodge and online complaint, their site offers a complaint option which i followed to the letter and refuses to accept my cellphone number with no spaces or special characters and is the only cellphone I've had since I can remember. However this leads to me closing this account... I've encountered a problem with the banking app on my phone today. I usually login Biometrically and today it prompted a password - which I had forgotten - to login, i reset the password and followed the prompts to no avail I was blocked out from the App. I then contact the help line on 087 575 0362 and got through to a lady I'm unable to remember her name but was rude, interruptive and generally had a demeaning attitude on the phone to such an extent that I requested to be helped by someone else and she disconected the call. I am in the process of looking into closing this account with immediate effect. I have no reservation in taking my business elsewhere. In fact I am going to do just that. I thought I'd just put it on record here for you to digest as to a reason why...
I purchased a Magnetic Wristband from https://www.buyexpress.co.za/ there were two on offer one cheaper and noticeably different from the other. They failed to deliver the item as specified on the site, 2 - 3 working days, it took a week and their reason was they were experiencing a back log, I responded that I understood and accepted their reason. The item that was delivered was the incorrect one. I enquired via their Whatsapp Chat to have the matter rectified or arrange a refund if the correct Item cannot be provided. I was ignored not acknowledged either via their Whatsapp chat (+27 72 593 1990) and no response to date. I find it highly unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. I trust that this medium of reporting companies like this to be effective to avoid any future customers disappointments when shopping online.
This is an Online Store. I purchased a Magnetic Wristband, there were two listed one cheaper than the other, with noticeable differences. 1. They were slow in delivering on time excuse was due to a Back Log, the item arrived within a week instead of the 2-3 days stipulated (excluding weekends). 2. To my dismay, the incorrect cheaper item arrived. 3. I approached their Whatsapp chat service to enquire and was blatantly ignored up until now. No Response whatsoever. Not ever we'll get back to you, despite me requesting via Whatsapp Chat that I am returning the item and that they have to Send the correct one and/or refund me. This is unacceptable and poor service on their part.
